Amazing location in the heart of the historic district, close to the castle and several great restaurants. Spacious room with a separate sitting area and bedroom, beautifully decorated and well-equipped. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with recommendations for exploring the area.

The hotel is located on a hill, which could be challenging for people who are not fond of walking or have mobility issues. Transportation to and from the hotel can be a bit difficult, as there are limited options and some barriers for cars.

We had a fantastic stay here, thanks to the lovely location above-and-around the Alfama area. The terrace overlooking the city was stunning and the views were breathtaking. Additionally, the service room service was top-notch, with the friendly and welcoming staff being incredibly helpful and attentive. We also appreciated the spacious and comfortable rooms with lovely amenities.

We were kinda surprised when we arrived at the hotel and were given an upgrade to a room with a terrace. The breakfast at Olissippo Castelo was delicious, with a great variety of options including pastries, cheese, and cereal. The hotel is located in a quiet area, away from the tourist crowds, made for a peaceful stay. The tram service nearby made it easy to explore the rest of the city. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in Lisbon.

We stayed at a hotel on a hill close to the castle with a terrace overlooking the city. The location was perfect for us as a family with kids, as it was away from the busy center of town but we could still walk to town every day. The hotel staff were very helpful, and our room was elegant and comfortable. The breakfast had a good variety of hot and cold items, and we enjoyed relaxing on our terrace with a hot beverage.
